Trust & transparency

How we publish.

Clear distinctions between useful exercises, factual claims, and material we have not verified.

Purpose and scope

We publish practical material about creativity, brand identity, and communication. Our guides are starting points for your own work, not promises of business results.

Evidence and experience

We aim to link to identifiable sources when making factual claims that require support. Examples created to explain an idea must be recognizable as illustrations. We do not invent interviews, product tests, customer reviews, qualifications, or numerical results.

AI assistance

AI tools were used in the September 2026 redesign and in drafting the new practical field guides. Those guides are labeled accordingly. AI-generated text is not itself evidence. We do not claim that these pieces have received independent expert review.

The legacy archive

Older articles are retained to preserve access and practical substance. Unsupported numerical and research claims have been removed. Each restored article identifies its archive status and the nature of the changes; no independent expert review is claimed.

Dates and updates

We distinguish original publication from later changes. Corrections that materially alter the meaning of a guide should be explained on the affected page. Design-only updates are not a reason to claim new research.

Commercial influence

See our disclosures for how commercial links and sponsorships should be identified. To raise an issue, follow our corrections process.
